Each and every student, be it old or new is bound to obey all the rules and regulations once he/she enrolls in a course. If any candidate is found to disobey any of the general instructions mentioned below, he/she is liable to get debarred from the concerned university or learning center after or prior to taking admission. If you are one of them, you must take a look at the following points prior to enrolling for your desired course.
• All Rules & Regulations laid by the University or the academic center might change from time to time and all these must be strictly taken into consideration by all students.
• Any candidate providing false information regarding one’s age, qualification and other personal details will be disqualified from getting admitted to the concerned university.
• Students who will be appearing in their qualifying examinations or those already appeared and waiting for results can always get enrolled in the University program. Make sure, the result is submitted to the authority before the 1st semester / 1st year examination.
• Anyone found with incomplete admission form or without any payment for course fee shall also be rejected from seeking admission.
• Interested candidates must pay off one’s registration, examination and tuition fees alongside the attested photocopies of academic records (10th onwards), birth certificates, application form and other documents to the University’s study center on or before the last date as per the advertisement.
• All attested copies submitted by candidates should be verified and signed by the Center Head of the University’s Study Center.
• Once a study program is selected, one is not permitted to change his/her stream later.
• All are instructed to keep a watch on the website of the study center so that one may not miss any information provided by the concerned center. If one fails somehow to keep track with the changing rules and regulations, the university will not be answerable.
• For any sort of postal delays or loss of any document, the university or the study center will not be held responsible.
• The University holds the discretion to modify the course curriculum whenever felt necessary.
• In case if one changes his/her address, he/she must report to the highest authority 4 weeks in advance before any misplacement takes place regarding the delivery of the course materials.
• In case there arises any inconsistency in the designed regulations for admission, the matter shall be taken up by the Vice Chancellor whose interpretation will be full and final.
• No fees under any circumstance will be refunded by the university once an eligible candidate enrolls in the course.
• Applications forms will not be accepted after the last date mentioned in the advertisement.
• Be it IPOs or money orders, the university will not accept direct payments made on their name. Course fees and other payments should all be made directly to the University’s study center.
• The fee receipt should be carefully preserved by every candidate since it acts a valid document to seek admission and later receive examination admit cards and mark sheets.
• Once the admission is over, all students will be provided ID cards bearing enrollment numbers.
• All examinations as well as medium of instructions will be conducted in English.
• In case of registrations and examinations, migration certificate will not be required.
• The University will only decide as to how long the last date for submitting the Registration form can be extended.
• In case, the university decides to exclude a paper from the course, a suitable paper will be introduced instead.
